At Candy Compass, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns Eligibility

Due to the nature of our products, food and drink, we can only accept returns in certain situations:

You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:

  • Your item arrives damaged or defective

  • You receive the wrong item

  • Your order is missing items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Opened or consumed food products

  • Perishable goods unless faulty

Reporting an Issue

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the item/s if damaged or incorrect

Refunds

If your refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear

  • In some cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund

Non-Returnable Items
